This was our first year having our alpacas sheared at our own farm, and we hired Tom. We can’t even put into words how much we appreciate the work he did. Not only is he very talented, but he showed the utmost respect for our animals during this very stressful time for them, and that is what is most important to us. Tom is very quick and efficient which minimizes the stress factor. He performs absolutely stunning show cuts on cria, and cuts great show fleeces. As long as Tom is shearing, he will be the official alpaca shearer for Humming Desert Alpacas! Thanks for all you do!
